During 2010 the Association has done a great deal of work to explore tenants and other customers' opinions on the wide ranging theme of value.

This work follows on from the residents' satisfaction survey that was completed on the Associations behalf by an independent market research company in autumn 2009.

The survey results were very encouraging but highlighted that people felt we could perhaps do more to offer value.

Since then we have been talking to customers to seek their views and one of the results of this work has been the production of a video to help show some of the feedback that we have had.
